In the first phase of sleep your little one's body temperature usually measures some points above the ideal value. During this stage micro capsules in the sleeping bag transform their physical condition into liquid, save the body temperature and generate a cooling effect. As soon as your little one's body temperature drops, the heat saved in the stage before is released and the micro capsules become solid again. This mechanism prevents heat accumulation and ensures that your child is kept warm and can enjoy his or her relaxing sleep.
The particularly light and breathable fabric as well as the pear shape of this sleeping bag supply your child with maximum sleeping comfort and more space to move freely. 【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】「國軍的操練型態難免造成官兵中暑，會視情況改以在陰涼處、室內操課，維持操課時數。」國防部29日舉辦「國軍傷害熱防治作為」記者會，國防部發言人陳中吉表示，近期天氣炎熱，而漢光41號演習在即，維繫戰力之際，也要保障生命安全，除了灌輸軍官熱傷害的安全知識，也讓一般民眾瞭解基本處置。被問及國軍是否有高溫假？陳中吉表示，「國軍還是應維持待命，但會採取相關措施。」
隨地球暖化，近來溫度越來越熱，國防部29日舉辦「國軍傷害熱防治作為」記者會說明國軍熱傷害的預防措施。被問及國軍是否有高溫假？陳中吉表示，「即使是國定假日，國軍仍然24小時全年無休，維持戰備待命，但會採取相關措施。」針對去年國軍仍有20幾起熱傷害事件，軍醫局詹正雄上校表示，國軍的操練型態難免造成官兵中暑，會視情況改以在陰涼處、室內操課，維持操課時數。
「熱傷害包括熱暈眩、熱痙攣、橫紋肌溶解等症狀，」詹正雄上校教導大眾如何處理熱傷害，熱門產品最近流行商品「一定要馬上降溫，並且立即送醫，如果能在半小內將體溫降至正常，傷害才會最小。」詹正雄表示，下殺「可以將冰塊敷在大動脈流經之處，例如頸部、腋下和鼠蹊部，並利用灑水器噴水將溫，送醫時要持續整個過程。」
41號漢光演習在即，對於國軍在野外操演該如何應付熱傷害事件，詹正雄上校表示，無論是營區內還是野外，演訓部隊一定都會準備冰塊、涼水、擔架等急救器材，軍方也和醫院醫護人員、救護車駕駛演練好流程，使官兵在訓練環境中，達成「安全零傷害」之目標。
美國老年人跌倒致死率 10年內上升31%
（法新社美國坦帕10日電） 美國衛生官員今天表示，全國各地65歲以上老人跌倒率持續上升，自2007年到2016年間，老人跌倒致死人數上升近三分之一。
跌倒率上升原因仍然不清楚，但原因可能包含藥物依賴和像是樓梯、冬冰等障礙物。
專家表示，許多跌倒的發生可以預防，但跌倒也是老人發生意外傷害死亡的主要原因。
美國疾病管制暨預防中心（US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC）報告指出：「老年人跌倒致死人數，自2007年的1萬8000人增加到2016年近3萬人。」
自2007年到2016年，跌倒死亡率每年平均增加3%，而這段時間內總共增加31%。
位於紐約的諾斯威爾保健中心（Northwell Health）老年醫學教育主任沃爾夫-克雷恩（Gisele Wolf-Klein）表示，這項統計數字相當「驚人」。
沃爾夫-克雷恩表示，醫生應檢視所有老人跌倒的風險，「並選擇適當的干預措施，像是居家安全、藥物調整、視力改善，和推薦堅固耐穿的鞋子，還有體能鍛鍊和太極拳。」沃爾夫-克雷恩未參與這項研究。（譯者：實習生黃于珊/核稿：林憬屏）
